1. Introduction

Welcome to OrderMan ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OrderMan platform, including any associated mobile applications, websites, software, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

2.1 Account Registration. To use certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.2 Account Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 Acceptable Use. You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity that infringes the rights of OrderMan or others.

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Fees. The use of certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in US dollars and do not include taxes, which are your responsibility.

3.2 Billing. We will bill you through the payment method you provide during registration. If your payment cannot be completed, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

3.3 Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Intellectual Property. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OrderMan and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4.2 Your Content. You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms, explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. By using the Service, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrderMan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; or
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email, providing a notice through the Service, or updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
